Why Offline

Care documentation that works with no signal.

Every app in the DSP Suite runs entirely on the device. No internet, no accounts, no cloud. The basement med room with one bar of service is exactly where it's meant to work.

Built offline from day one — not patched for it later

Most documentation software assumes a steady connection. Group homes don't have one. Staff work in basements, older buildings, and rural homes where signal drops and wifi is an afterthought. When the tool needs the cloud and the cloud isn't there, documentation simply doesn't happen — and the details fade before the shift ends.

The DSP Suite takes the opposite approach. The entire suite never connects to any server. Logging an incident, recording a med pass, capturing a goal note, dictating with voice — all of it happens on the device, instantly, whether or not there's a connection.

What "offline" actually means here

This isn't a setting you switch on. It's how the apps are built — which is also why the privacy story is so clean.
