About
The DSP Suite wasn't designed in a product meeting. It was built by someone working 12-hour shifts in group homes, because the tools that should have existed didn't.
My name is Jason, and I'm a Direct Support Professional in Orono, Maine. I built the DSP Suite from firsthand experience on the floor — the gap between what happens during an incident and what actually gets documented hours later.
I'm self-taught. I learned to build these apps because the tools DSPs actually need weren't out there: fast, private, offline, and designed around how the work really happens. Every feature in every app came from a real shift, not a roadmap.
That's also why the whole suite is offline and anonymous by design. I didn't want residents' information sitting in someone's cloud. I wanted a tool I'd trust on my own shift.
During a difficult shift there's no time to search through documentation systems or try to remember everything that happened. The DSP Suite puts the right information in your hands in seconds — and captures what happened before the details fade.
Built by someone who does this job. Every day.
